The photo is a trace, a footprint, at first with no significant character. A purely technical process and therefor no picture. The photo becomes only an image when a specific character can be assigned to it. Through this objectivity we observe the object and through our subjectivity we capture it. For this reason some informations in a picture might signify a deep sense for the viewer.
